The advertising is free. You get exposure online and many listings are featured in USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, Houston Chronicle, The San Francisco Examiner, The Washington Post and more.
When and if the company refers a potential buyer to you, you agree to pay a .5% (of sales price) referral fee. If you don't sell your house, you are out absolutely nothing! Seems reasonable to me. There's no limit on how many listings you can submit, but each must include complete description and a minimum of 5 recent, color photos.
We are building an online interface to allow you to upload properties, but for now, please send your "home or property for sale" listings to me directly and i will forward them on.
